Blog Reflection 2
I certainly believe that libraries are still useful today as they have been in the past. Libraries nowadays are supplemented by online resources, so it conveniently benefits us as students. This online class has really made me realize that there are many aspects to libraries and the resources they provide for us are priceless. Just because almost every student in the United States has access to the internet, this does not mean our need for libraries have gone out the window. We need them more than ever to keep our youth more in touch with literature and research methods.

ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you about needing libraries as much today as in the past especially when I think about students and how easily they can get unreliable information on the Internet. There also is the continued question of access and how we can expand access to information to the public.

Gee, you are so right about libraries being useful today, even though most homes have more than 1 computer in them. There's 5 in mine! Wow thats alot...... Well, libraries are priceless jems that should be preserved and loved a great deal
